Collections of pgn's are usually known as databases. Some databases like Chessbase offer Grandmaster commented games. Many sites like chess.com have articles about famous games aimed at beginning players.
Famous games with intelligent comments are also often found in books. You haven't played many games here. I don't know what level would be good for you.
Some modern ebooks even allow you to play through the games.
