Play black against the computer

I want to play Black against the computer.  I set Play as Black, switch sides, but can't find a way to tell the computer to make the first move!  What am I missing?

Select play as black and click new game.

you must choose new game afterwards...

Where do I find the play as black button?

If you're asking about in the play vs computer option, you can select color after choosing the bot.

If you mean in Live, you can only not choose color in unrated games.

For Daily, choose Custom Game and change the I play as option to the appropriate color.

how do I play as black when I practice against the computer. sometimes when I analyze I want to see if I understand it so when I click play against the computer it always puts me as white. how do you change it? there is no play as black option

If it has the wrong color you should be able to resign and rematch to switch.
