YOU can claim the draw ya know. You don't have to ask them after three moves.

 I know ... the point is the logic fail of refusing draw after 2nd repetition thereby implying that they want to go on with the game, and then repeating a 3rd time anyway!!

 

Then what was the point of refusing the draw then.
