Please help with Fritz 13!

I just bought a copy of Fritz 13. I put it in a laptop, and it was working until a database encountered an error. Since then I have been trying to load it with no success, or even it showing up. I tried ejecting and re entering it in, but it only gets to the "Start, Uninstall, Close" page, before it quits. Please help soon!!!

I just did. I don't know why this suddenly happened. 

Steve Lopez has a lot of you tube videos on fritz.  If by any chance you purchased from the USCF store, you can contact him there.  Knowledgable folks here (not me) will want to know your operating system and other details about your system.  Good luck.

Thank you. I did happen to purchase it from the store, so I'm contacting them as well. By the way, the operating system is Windows 7.

Will probably have to re-install or at least delete and replace the database you were working with.

Well, thenprogram isn't even loading. Should I uninstall it? I read something about getting only three downloads. Does anyone know about that? USCFSales responded and saind they sent something to chessbase support about it. Sigh
