possibility of being in a 'cheater pool'?

Hi, I've read that there's a cheater pool, and I'm wondering what the chances of a false positive I. E. Someone being added to the pool who's never cheated. The reason I'm wondering about this is my rating disparity: nearly 1500 rapid with well over 50% win rate (meaning my rating probably hasn't settled yet), and yet I can't get past 700 blitz.. Even my bullet is higher. Is there something I'm missing? Because it seems as though the 700 blitz players are more of a challenge than 1500 rapid players, however everyone else at my rating for rapid seems to be over 1000 blitz. Help!? I also feel I need to state, I've never used an engine to check moves while I'm in a game, although I use the lichess engine to analyze all the time, cheating is disgusting and defeats the whole point of it for me - self-improvement and integrity. So, is there a possibility that people who do study, and therefore have pet lines and general improvement get placed in in a pool with cheaters? Or am I just particularly poor at blitz? :/

There's no such thing as a cheater pool. There's is a poor sportsmanship pool.

Interesting, I live on a farm with particularly bad internet, I wonder if that would affect a sportsmanship rating..
