the ruy lopez is a very well analysed line , many proficient in it will be playing solid moves ,the end game by black was very well done too but the opening book knowledge alone can take a ruy lopez player 20 moves or even more deep

that guy didnt use any theory, in fact his Marshall Gambit was crap, but I see where the OP is coming from. how could he be that bad and still go 27-3-0 ?

the key is learning how you lost , this is how chess players grow by critical analysis of their losses no matter how unpalatable that is at the time , but be bold the game wants you to learn and grow

hi salem i guess black didnt get at whites kingside as is normal in the marshall but i liked what he did acheive
