hmmm. possibly a case of ratings dropping & boosting. I noticed in the notes on the consecutive loser account from these games people have criticised the player for entering <1400 elo tournaments. perhaps the objective here is to lower the main account which is currently ~1800, (the +2500 elo acct. was only created today) so that the person can get another easy tournament win in the future.
After witnessing a person consecutively surrender and rematch after the first two moves, I checked the legal rules and couldn't find anything on this site about boosting another person's elo. Is this allowed? Am I missing something here? I have a screenshot of the incident too.
