Puzzle Rush Survival: my top score not showing

A few weeks ago I achieved 53 points on Puzzle Rush Survival. But on my profile it didn't update my personal best score. It stayed at 47. About a week later I achieved a 48 score. This time my personal best score immediately changed to 48. Then a few days later I achieved a 50 score. But my personal best score remains at 48. I've contacted chess.com about it but haven't heard back from them in over a week.

Has anyone else experienced this? I took a screenshot of my 53 score which I've posted with this post. It's frustrating as I worked hard getting the 53 score. On one puzzle I took over an hour.

They had a big company get together last weekend and as a result, they fell behind in answering some inquiries.   I would be a little patient.

Thanks for letting me know that. Hopefully they will reply soon. I would be surprised if they didn't reply.

Thanks. I probably should have posted my message in the help and support section. Good to know it's not just me this is affecting. I did get a reply from chess.com last week. They said they were aware of this technical problem. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon.

It's been over 3 months since I first noticed that my new puzzle rush survial rating wasn't been added to my profile. Quite a few people have reported this problem and I e-mailed chess.com about it and got a few replies. They said it was a bug and that they were working on fixing it. Yesterday I tried puzzle rush survival again and got a score of 52. But it still shows on my profile that my highest score is 48 which I achieved a very long time ago.

This is really annoying as the main reason I took out a paid subscription to chess.com is so I could do unlimited puzzle rushes. Since this problem occurred many months ago I've stopped doing them. 

Is anyone else still having this problem with their high puzzle rush survival score not been shown?

Yes I have the same issue.  

Got to 58 during 'puzzle week' (9th -15th Jan). All these related issues started then.  

It must be affecting lots of players. I give up with it. Will just do the normal puzzles in future.
