Rating refund from speedrun accounts

Does anyone know when or how you get your points refunded to you if you have played a speedrun account with the text "All points lost to this account will be refunded"?

The speedrun has ended yet I have not had my points refunded.

Depends on whether or not it was an officially approved speedrun.

Who was it for?

I am surprised how many unexpected rating points I get refunded. I receive a notification saying that X points have been refunded. They are taken into account after the next graded game.

Quite nice to get a rating increase after losing a game although I am not that bothered.

I just played against a speedrun account 8 days ago and didn't get the points back. Do I have to claim them somehow? This time it's not that important, because it is only 13 points, but I just wanted to know for the future. If I play for example a match against a GM that is underated 300 points, I will lose almost all games and lots of rating what makes not too much sense in my opinion, but I still like the games against them, because who doesn't like to play a GM.

Maybe somebody had the same recently and knows what to do or it will just take more than 8 days?

will people who play people playing in chess played quick get a rating refund?

Thanks. They told me it just takes until the speedrun is finished. It can take some time, because it's a steaming account.
