to win is simple. to ensure you are safe, follow these guidlines.
1) check every one of your peices to see if they are under attack.
2)wherever you decide to move, think : if i move here, what can my opponent do to me? and, if i move here, what can i do to him
3) when you are going to capture, and you know that if you do, your peice will be captured, think: is it a good trade?
