I'd recommend Acethinker Screen Recorder which I have been using for many years.
It's a free web-based application to record computer screen right from the browser, no need to download or install anything.
I think Movavi's screen recorders are good. They have a basic one to record a screen, but I especially like their Game Recorder (https://www.movavi.com/game-capture/) to capture the gameplay itself. It can autostart when you open a game and it does not lower a fps which is crucial. I used it to send a video to a friend, but I am sure a video quality would be great for YouTube too.
