Should FIDE start an official title of Super Grandmaster?

There are quite a few players with the GM title who have never broken 2500. From what I understand 2300 is the minimum threshhold one must have in special championships. If I'm wrong I will stand corrected. I'm not trying to put anyone down and anyone who has the title had to work hard for it and I applaud them. The level of grandmasters over 2700 though seems to be in a completely different world at understanding chess than the lower ranked ones. I saw one video a while back where Levy Rozman who is an IM, compared his understanding of chess positions against Nakamua and he was amazed at how a super GM could instantly grasp things that went completely over his head. Why not create a new title or at least raise the standard from what it is now?

You are right, if you win the Woman's World Championship, the World Junior Championship or the World Senior Championship, you can theoretically get a GM title with a 2300 rating. It is unlikely that will occur though, since the winners of those tournaments are pretty strong.
Otherwise, you have to have a 2500, even if it is a peak of 2500, so if you get a 2500 rating and lose it in the same tournament, and have 2 norms, then you can qualify to be a GM and be below a 2500.

Right now there are 39 grandmasters with +2700

"Grandmaster" has been diluted to a degree because it is given to many with only a rating requirement of 2300 such as winners of the Women's World Championship, World Junior/Senior Championship. I know Larry Kaufman only received his GM title by winning the Senior Championship.
There is more than a 500 point rating difference between 2300 and those above 2800. Bobby Fischer is the only player to go past 2700 (He was just under 2800) until Karpov or Kasparov obtianed it in the 1980's I believe. There are so many grandmaster titles given out now that it has lost some of its shine.
There are less then 40 players in the world currently over 2700 and they seem to be on a whole different level than most grandmasters and certainly those who only obtained it with a 2300 rating. FIDE may already be discussing the enhanced title for all I know. It would officially set them apart though.
