If the position is repeated three times, the game is drawn.
However, you have to claim the draw manually by pressing the draw button when it turns orange.
Shouldn't this be a draw at like move 40

At your move 35, 37, 39, the same position occurred with you on move. Had you then clicked the draw button, it should have been awarded. If not, you need to submit a bug report.
So this game countinued to like move 130... I was surprised there that i did not get a draw.. it is that i misunderstood the rules of chess or is it just a bug from chess.com??
Im not a pro chess player and i dont have a good rating. So this game may not be as exciting XD
