Great news! Shredder always have an amazing style in playing! Hope seeing Shredder 14 (with NNUE) soon 
I now know that Shredder NNUE is being developed for Millennium 2000's new dedicated chess computer running on a Raspberry Pi. I believe this is called Shredder 13.5 NNUE. So it would seem that the PC/Mac versions (version 14)are very likely to be released.

I understand your disappointment and it has been a long time since Stefan Meyer-Kahlen's first mention of Shredder NNUE. As he's already released a version of Shredder NNUE for the Millennium Phoenix dedicated machine I had thought there would be a release sooner. That being said, his time is being spread with supporting the Phoenix release and development of the PC version which I'm guessing will also have a newer user interface. There may well be other good reasons for the delay, who knows?

Well... It might be a good idea to send a short message from time to time. Maybe “it will take some time” or “I have other plans”. This will prevent further disappointment and his loyal fans won't waste time waiting in vain. But nothing at all comes from him.

I agree, it would be good to know. I was excited to hear of a new Shredder but, as you say, it's been a very long with no information. My excitement has faded somewhat.

Yes, that is what I said in an earlier post in September 2022.
It's now almost May 2025 and, with his usual reliability, there is nothing new from Stefan Meyer-Kahlen.
I play with Shredder 4 and would like to try Stockfish with NNUE, but Shredder 4 does not support it. And I don't want to buy a nine year old program.

How much have I tested a engines in tournament the best is Contact 12L in first quarter of 2025 year , but I haven't tested YuliGM 19 , so one of the best are Stockfish 17.1 SE and Omega .
By my opinion the best chess engine in 2022 year is Raubfisch X48e ;
