On Gotham's Tiktok video about this months ago, Chess.com commented on the video. If its not Magnus they will ban him long ago.

I think it was Magnus, I looked at @SinisterMagnus’ openings and they are very similar
i have 2 accounts i have been playing on and i just got fair play banned. i just was getting into chess again and i decided to subscribe. i now have changed my mind and wish to unsub do i need to do anything on this closed account or does it automatically not charge me now that the account is closed. they can close this one 2 if they would like i dont really care i have kids and when distracted i make really silly moves but i was just playing casual i did not think it would get my account closed lol.. sorry for playing good and then bad and good again.. 500-900 elo player not cheating hard enough i think..

Last week though, I noticed the account as reopened.
Today, the account has been closed for fair play.
