Which time control/format are you referring to? You cannot control other people's actions...if they play slowly in a live game they will eventually run out of time. If they play slowly in a daily game that is their right to use their time how they want, just have to be patient. I don't understand how you can play for a draw by not moving? If you don't move you will eventually lose.
Slow play
I play online because I am bored and have too much free time. I prefer to play friends but am happy to play anyone (I am not great) but it is very boring when people take up to 2m for a move. I am not out to win everything or defeat my opposition or increase my rankings I just want to play and to improve a bit for my own satisfaction. If someone plays the game very slowly it is boring to play and I lose interest. In professional chess you have a clock for a reason. I just wish people would play with an idea of not making it tedious for the person you are playing against. It seems poor sportsmanship.

You are playing 1 hour per side games. Those games are supposed to be played slowly in order to improve your chess and play the best possible moves in a live game. Sometimes you might need 5+ minutes to decide on a move. That is actually the whole point.
If you wish to improve, you will play slowly those games as well.
If you just want to have fun, play speed chess (but you will probably not improve too much that way).

For goodness sake....so I just looked at your games OP, you are playing 60/0 games. An hour for each side, potentially 2hrs total for the game. And you are complaining that people are taking 2 minutes to make a move? And complain that it's tedious and seems like poor sportsmanship? You are either an idiot or a troll...why don't you play 5 minute games or whatever instead? Opponents are probably playing G60 precisely so that they can take their time and unlike you are out to defeat their opposition and improve their ranking.
How do you ensure that people do not move very slowly and ruin a game or play for a draw by not moving?
