Solve this impossible looking problem

@lilhopsin: Thats right.. you shouldn't post pics here.. search some art site.. :D

What are the dimensions of your arm/size of your eggs? Or do you have bags to put them in?
You should have thought of this before laying these many of them.. :D
You are allowed to hatch them if you want..

ya ,, it can be done in fewer steps and someone have just answered it ..
Ah well ,
This is the real solution :
Split to 27 - 27 - 26 eggs
First weigh : 27 - 27,
There are 2 possibilities :
A.If its equal : Split into 9 - 9 - 9
2nd weight :Weigh 9-9 , take the lighter one . If its equal , that means you have to take the other 9 .
3rd weight : Split the 9 from before to 3 - 3 - 3
Weigh 3 - 3, take the lighter one . If its equal , that means you have to take the other 3 .
4th weight : Split the 3 from before to 1 - 1 -1
Weigh 1 - 1, take the lighter one . If its equal , that means you have to take the other 1 . That is the particular egg
B.If its equal
That means the egg is in the 26 eggs group .
Then take one egg from the 27-27 eggs group and add it to the 26 eggs group so it will become a new 27 eggs group
Follow the step :
Split into 9 - 9 - 9
2nd weight :Weigh 9-9 , take the lighter one .
Therefore , the minimum steps is 4 steps . ~.~
NB : Thanks guys , i was wrong at first haha .
Sorry for bad english , you can ask me if you dont understand my word :(
Edit : FIXED THE SOLUTION
okay nice problem that you've come up with
Here's the solution :
1.First , you divide the 80 eggs into 40 - 40 eggs .
Put the first 40 eggs to one of your arm and the next 40 to the other arm
See and take the 40 eggs that is much lighter and ignore the other 40 eggs that's heavier
2.Second , divide the 40 eggs (the lighter one) into 20 - 20 eggs.
Put the first 20 eggs to one of your arm and the next 20 to the other arm
See and take the 20 eggs that is much lighter and ignore the other 20 eggs thats's heavier
3.Third , Divide again the 20 eggs (the lighter one from before) into 10 - 10 eggs
Put the first10 eggs to one of your arm and the next 10 to the other arm
See and take the 10 eggs that is much lighter and ignore the other 10 eggs thats's heavier
4.Fourth , Divide again the 10 eggs (the lighter one from before) into 5 - 5 eggs
Put the first 5 eggs to one of your arm and the next 5 to the other arm
See and take the 5 eggs that is much lighter and ignore the other 5 eggs thats's heavier
5.Fifth , Using the last 5 eggs from before thats much lighter . Choose 4 from the 5 eggs .
6.(Lets say the 5 eggs are named A B C D E)
*A = egg 1 B = egg 2 , and so on
Then , We choose A B C and D while we leave the E out
Put both the A B to the 1st arm balance and the C D to the 2nd arm balance
Weigh it , if A B is equal (same weigh) to C D , it can be concluded that the particular egg that we're finding is E
However , if the A B and C D weigh is not equal .
For example , A B is much lighter than C D . So , you will do another step thats to weigh A and B .. The one that's lighter is the egg that we're finding
Therefore , the minimum step is 6 steps
NB : Sorry for bad english , you can ask me if you dont understand my word :(
spilt them into stacks of 26, 27 and 27, weighting the two stacks of 27 against each other, if one is lighter than the other, thats where you have your lighter egg, if they are equal, the lighter egg is in the stack of 26.
IF taking the stack of 27, spilt it into stacks of 9 weighting two of them off against each other (if stack of 23, make the one stack on the side only have 8 eggs in it)
take stack of 9, spilt into 3,3,3 and weight off two stacks (if only having 8 eggs, make them into stacks of 2,3,3 and weight off the 2 stacks of 2 eggs against each other)
take stack of 3 weight off two eggs against each other
4 uses of the weight

Incorrect. It can be done in fewer steps. I don't care enough about the prize, so I won't ruin it for anyone else that wants to try to solve it.
As a hint, though, I will say in white text to "think outside the box." Where the box, in this case, is the arm balance.
You are given 80 eggs and one of them is lighter than the rest. Using arm balance you must find out that particular egg. What is the minimum number of steps you need to definitely find that egg?
I formulated this one with my friend Abhijit. Anybody who gives first solution will get one month gold membership from me.
