I've already inquired with support, but I am still doubtful as VAT/Customs duty are paid by the customer, not the seller. It would ld be nice if there was someone who could confirm or deny this.
You may want to consider something other than a Square Off product. If you are a long time Chess.com user you will find that the Square Off program is truly not ready for prime time. Their concepts are great, their execution not so much. You will be locked into their firm/software which is suboptimal. Why they constantly push for the user to upgrade when the basic product is nonfunctional is a mystery.

I have looked into it, and i srill believe that my OTB play would improve from a board like this, as there are not many people near me who play chess, let alone OTB.
I was very close to pulling the trigger on a Square Off Pro myself. But the software issues and poor integration with third party apps put me off.
I ordered a Chessnut Air a few days ago. It’s a good size but more importantly the software seems far better than any other eboard. Worth considering before you go with the Square Off.

Is it readily available or did you have to order from a start up?
