I then righted the board and tried connecting which it did. Now it makes an awful grinding noise and sometimes doesn’t move a piece even though it moves it on the app.
My questions are -
does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
Anyone else having issues and had to contact the developers, where your issues righted?
I’m sure my warranty is still valid so if I cannot fix it do I send it all the way back to China? I’m not keen as I’m sure it’s dang expensive.
Not sure, but the only time i heard a grinding noise was when the board was locked. I Think your best bet is to talk to the in game app support team. They are in overseas so the time zone might be causing the communication delays. I will send this message to them on their fb page as well.
It comes with a wall charger.
