Square Off Pro - Problems

I received SOP a couple of days ago and already have come across glitches: 1. The most annoying glitch - During play the board experiences lights flashing on seemingly random squares, accompanied by 4 rapid beeps. 2. If you knock over a few pieces by accident, and you put everything back correctly according to the app diagram, it still doesn't like you for several minutes. 3. There's no one to say "check" when your opponent puts you in check. You may take a few minutes to figure out a distant discovered check is preventing you from moving. 4. After 48 hours the board hasn't flattened out completely. Still a bit bumpy. 5. The AI still hasn't ratcheted down to my level after several games. Anyone else?

Yes, I've experienced the random flashing on a Square Off Pro board that I purchased a few days ago. It's very annoying. I'm still awaiting an answer from Square Off Pro letting me know if it's correctable or if I should return it or exchange for another.

Same glitch here. I think it's a software problem because my board wasn't doing it before. Let me know support's answer when you have one please.

I will. I think you're right about it being a software problem. It doesn't happen when I use the Chess Dojo software. 

I never received an answer from support after a promised reply within 24 to 48 hours but the Jan. 15th software update seems to have fixed the problem. I've only played one game after this update and experienced no random flashing lights. It was the first game that I have enjoyed on this board using the Square Off Pro software,  such a relief of no flashing light show while trying to concentrate on the game!

To be fair, I received a reply from support after my last post. They alerted me of the update with the fixes and asked me to reply if I encountered any problems after playing 2-3 games.

The white pieces on my set are now yellow, discolored and look very ugly.

I asked them how to clean them or a change and they delayed and in the end everything came to nothing.

I'd like to know how to clean the pieces or get the white pieces back to actually looking white and not yellow-ish stained.
