I received mine a few weeks ago. Unfortunately it arrived broken (pieces rattling around inside and it intermittently partially works. Enough that I'm excited to have the fully functional version. We'll see how it goes getting it replaced.

The SWAP is pretty much my dream board but since I am not a Kickstarter supporter I won't receive it until the next decade 
In May 21, 2023 I preordered a Square Off SWAP.
The delivery was anounced for November 2023.
I have not yet received any delivery, the traking number does not work anymore and they do now answer Emails.
Seems in a certain way very professional.
So the Swap is very good fun. It's the closest to playing over-the-board whilst being online that I've seen. It's not perfect, but it's good. What's needed now is Chess.com to support the board through the app. I'd love to play a tournament on it!
I've had a lot of problems with Square Off but the Swap is a great board for the price. Just hope you don't need support or replacement.
I have one and it works acceptably but the problem is that if you want to play against the machine it has few levels and is not adaptive, you cannot play against lichess or chess.com bots and it has limited functions. If you want to have all the functions you must be paying for a subscription. Other boards such as chessnut or chessup are included sll the functions. In addition, Gochess is about to come out, which also move the pieces and looks much better and without having to pay a subscription.
