It appears that stockfish usually doesn't manage its time well enough when you challenge it to a 10 second no increment game. Here is a game where it loses on time:

I just premoved the 6 moves and as you can see, stockfish spends 4-5 seconds on its first two moves, therefore I win on time.
I think this is a bit of a problem as people actually terrible at bullet (ie me) can easily get rating points off stockfish.
However, the games where it does play well are fun to watch with real time playback: try https://www.chess.com/live/game/2828173967.
Probably due to network issue. If you run stockfish on Arena GUI on your machine. Sf wont lose on time.
