Stuck at 1500 elo.

I reached 1500 (rapid) when I had played around 1600 games in total. Currently I've played 1990 games and for the past 300 games , I've found myself stuck at 1500. Sometimes I lose on time or tilt , I keep going back to 1400 and climb to 1500 again. I would love some advice on what I need to improve on to reach 2000 from players rated higher than me , from their experience. I started as a complete beginner on chess.com last year as a 400 and I'm on 1500 now in a single year. This is the first time I feel completely "stuck" , I would really appreciate your feedback. Thanks.

"Sometimes I lose on time" ++ Play with increment, preferable 15|10.
"or tilt" ++ Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first.

Study annotated grandmaster games. Study endgames, especially rook endings.

@tygxc Thank you , I appreciate your feedback , GM games I've never analyzed , I like that idea. But I don't think I'll play with increment. I feel like I should adjust to 10 min rapid , since I want to play blitz aswell when I reach 2000 rapid. I dont want to be too slow with my calculations. But I will keep your word in mind , thanks again.
