I have no idea how people could even be stuck between 100-200 elo.
It doesn't register in my brain.

I suppose you just need to practice more. watch chess content, do puzzles, and review your games.
How many games are you losing on time?
Have you played daily chess? You make atleast one move per day. This gives both players time to think about each move.
Then just play them like they're bots. People in the 100-200 ELO tend to blunder alot. Even in daily chess, many people at low ratings don't seem to consider every piece on the board before making their next move.

You just mentioned to do everything under the sun. I'm not concerned that I'm 100 Elo. I'm confused why 1500 seems easy to me.

Certainly part of the problem is I can't keep up in bullet- even 2|1 is too hard for me. I just end up hanging pieces after every move. But rapid and daily are too slow for me now. I don't even care to play them slowly anymore
Do not play artificially weakened bots.
They err, but in a non-human way.
Play humans.
Always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.
Think about your move, decide, imagine it played, check it is no blunder, only then play it.
Hang no pieces, hang no pawns.
This little mental dicipline is enough to reach 1500.

I looked at a few of your games. You would lose to a 1500 about 99.9% of the time.
Title says it all. Simple answer is chess bot games are unlimited time but I only use around 15-20 mins for it which is pretty good given the bot doesn't use any time for it. I don't know why there is a 1300 ELO difference
Edit: I've fallen to 100 ish elo. These 200's are playing like GODS
