I can. We can play a game I'll provide feedback
stuck on 800

Ok I know what thats like first hand and I can give some advice. Ok so a year ago I was mid 600 and now im mid 900 and the way I got past 800 was taking more time to think. The main difference from a 600 elo up to a 1000 elo is not the good moves its just 600/700 make way more blunders. If you take time and think on your moves you will spot most blunders yiu would make if you spent 5 seconds on a move. This helped me get from high 700 to where I am now. If you need to play a few 30 minute games but after you can spot the blunders faster then go down to 10 minute games and so on.

Improving at chess can be quite challenging, but there are various ways to enhance your skills.
For those looking to improve without coaching, here's some valuable advice:
1. Play Frequently: The more you play, the better you'll become at recognizing patterns and making strategic decisions.
2. Analyze Your Games: Review your past games to identify mistakes and areas where you can improve. This self-analysis is a powerful learning tool.
3. Focus on Tactics: Tactics play a crucial role in chess. Spend time solving tactical puzzles and exercises to sharpen your tactical skills.
4. Learn from Masters: Studying grandmaster games can provide insights into advanced strategies and tactics.

also make sure you use all the available time on your clock, then get faster as you improve, dont be like me and lose a game in 10 moves with 9 mins left on a 10 minute clock for no reason

same lol I am currently 800 elo. I have been doing puzzles and still won't improve why.
Puzzles is a for example situation, its not for all situations of chess, you can use them but dont put them in every game you play, except for the exact situations that you see....just make sure you scan the board for anything.
