I am seeking an example or more of a certain type, and whomever presents one from a round played between GMs satisfying the below criterions I will reward with a Chess.com trophy, and again for an intriguing invented scenario.

 

1. The 'starting' position must be equal material-wise with no deciding positional [dis]advantage: roughly equal, verifiable at depth via engine-analysis.

 

2. The initial 'attacking' side sacrifices a substantial amount of material (2--7points) for initiative

 

3. The 'receiving' side must respond carefully lest may fall victim to game-deciding trap or the like

 

4.  Several turns later (5--8 full moves or so), the attacking side must 'return' the material, but not at a penalty of interest exceeding 1point, or else fall victim to a lethal though not-immediate trap or the like imposed by other side (presumably by 'forcing' move: threat of capture via tactics, checking, or threat of checkmate)

 

4&5. The initial 'receiving' side must make the appropriate forcing move[s] or else the attacking side will have enough forward pieces to secure victory

 

6. Present several sidelines illustrating why so-and-so would be a blunder
