I don't understand the problem. He refused the draw because he is minable, but at the end it was a draw anyway, no ? So, where is the problem ? I am glad for you, and what a pity you had to play against this guy...

How many draw offers did you make? Do you know that excessive draw offers is against the Laws of the game?
It is not true, Smyslov. Offering draws and draws when you have a losing position is against the courtesy in the game, indeed. But here this position is a draw. Black has no hope for a win. He is against he laws of the game if he refuses the draw without any reason.

The FIDE rules of chess state:

Ever heard of not being an annoying jacka**? Rules or not, certain things such as drop-kicking your opponent or irritating with constant requests should not be done, rules be damned.
