Yes, banning the post font fixed the problem, sorry for my English. The cheaters are terribly, how chess.com think the people pay premium?. Only if you are streamer or professional player the response are fast.
The Cheating Epidemic: Chess.com’s Silent Failure

I've lost my last five games in a row. Why? From cheaters? I don't think so. I was outplayed because 1. I had other things distracting me. 2. I didn't give enough thought to my moves. 3. I wasn't looking at the whole board before moving. If you want to avoid the problem that you say is so rampant here either a) go to lichess.com, b) put a chess engine or a chess computer program on your PC to play against, c) quit playing online and instead play OTB at a local chess club.
One of my diamond membership 1200 opponents got nearly 99 percent accuracy. Normally around 70 massive cheat

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean

The site closed more than 100,000 accounts in January for fair play violations and has a full team of staff working on reports along with some automated systems for detection.

That said, discussions of cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection are not allowed in the general forums. If you want to discuss join the following club, once you've been a member for at least 30 days https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum
At this point, there are so many cheaters here that the site has turned into a complete mess. I understand that identifying all of them immediately is difficult, as some are very skilled and deceptive, using software that humanizes their play. Unfortunately, with the vast number of cheating tools available today, it has become a losing battle—unless a miracle happens on Chess.com’s part.
Frankly, I have encountered many cheaters recently, even with accounts that are five years old and completely unpunished. This clearly demonstrates your inability to handle the issue. Banning my posts from the forum will not solve the problem. I understand that you may not like people discussing it, but imagine how frustrating it is for honest players to constantly face cheaters who get away with it.
It’s a disgrace, and unless serious action is taken against them, as far as I’m concerned, online play on this site is dead and buried. Now, I fully expect this post to be censored as well—because silencing those who speak the truth is easier than dealing with such a massive problem.
Thank you for your attention, though I’m not sure how much of a "goodbye" this is.
