If you are an avid fan of chess, like me, then you are familiar with the famous "Opera Game" between the legendary Paul Morphy and Duke Karl/Count Isouard. It is such a lovely game that is not only very fun to watch but also very instructive. A few months back, I played the opening moves from the Opera Game against an amateur opponent, like myself, and missed a huge chance to simply eat my opponents Queen... however, in a recent OTB game, I came across the same position and did not allow that chance to pass again. Let it never be said that I do not learn from my mistakes. Perhaps others can learn from this game as well. Please, comment and discuss.
