No, thats irritating, they should give more points to so we do more, its not at all fair, once I fall its demotivating and one has to take break for a long time.
The rating system of puzzles is worse than trash.

On solving extremely hard puzzle (for me) like 2400-2500 they give 3-4 points and for wrong for same kinda puzzles they take 10-15 points.
Puzzles have a number of factors in how many points you get or lose.

Time is the main factor. There is a target time for each puzzle based on your rating and the puzzle rating. If you are taking a lot of time to solve puzzles, you will not get many points. The faster you solve a puzzle, the more points you get.
Your stats show how how the last 25 you did were scored.

you're probably taking forever to solve them.

First of all , why the heck am I losing 10 points for puzzles that are 200 points above me, and gaining just 2-3 points for the same level puzzles, @CHESSCOM, this is how you motivate players? Its irritating, I am going through headaches because of this.
That's normal. Get over it. It's only 1 point for puzzles below your rating if you dont make the time bonus. I find the endgame puzzles are overrated, easier than their rating, so my rating jumps up if I get a few of those in a row.

It's not meant to be motivating. The rating system is meant to help guide the algorithm to give you puzzles in the appropriate rating ranges.

They do demerit 10 when I get a 2600 puzzle wrong, but when I get a puzzle right it gives me about 10

that's probably because you're taking like 10 minutes per puzzle. Think faster.
You should see the :Lchess website's puzzles, you get one right in under 8 seconds and they give you +7. and you get it wrong you get -20.

I don't do puzzles there. And their puzzles are very easy, I had done once.

So my rating is 2300, I am doing a 2500 rated puzzle correct in 3 mins, they give 2 points? And when I get a 2500 wrong they take -10? Why?? The puzzle is higher than me, and.. why are the puzzle target time so less, like a very difficult puzzle how will someone get in 30 seconds? I am sure people of my rating wont get it so early.

-10 is normal. taking 3 minutes is about 3x the target time, so ofc you won't get that many rating points.

But the puzzles is higher than me so if I get in target time I get 15 and NOT in target time then 3??? Amazing maths
