Customer service was temporarily overwhelmed with the rapid pace of growth at year end but has hired and trained a lot of new people recently.
The turnaround for support requests has improved and per the monthly reports is less than 3 days at this point.

Thanks for the link! But there was no customer service at that link either. It's only an article about their mythical customer service. There is no way to contact anybody from that link, therefore I'm very sure they won't be getting back to me within three days. Furthermore, three days is an unreasonably long time to wait for customer service. But I've been waiting about six months. I guess I have to complain to my credit card and when they take back my payment that might get attention from Chess.com.

3 days is the average time to contact but it can be longer. However, you should check you spam)junk folders as well, as the will email you and it's possible their emails were filtered.

The process is relatively new but support is getting a lot of tickets through it and replying.

The best suggestion is to look around and see if other people have had similar problems. If not, make your own thread.

I have written numerous emails to chess.com customer support, I have hit the "help" button and told it my tales of woe only to discover that it is an artificial intelligence no human ever reads your pleas for customer service! Chess.com is perfectly Kafkaesque! You can't get the attention of the customer service staff to save a life! I can't sign on to my paid account because my email address changed and the password is forgotten! I have begged and begged for help and I am paying them for a diamond account I can't sign onto! Customer Service please reply!
