Oh thats very nice
To do this.
When i play this game it s not easy
I see low ranked players playing Alkhines and hypermodern style. They get into more trouble then if they stuck to classical. All that fienchetto stuff I leave to the GMs. Also, bishops are half a point better then knights. However, when I play a beginner, I value my knights more as they are more confusing.
They always say,play the board not your opponent. I disagee!
blah...blah...blah...fishyBob.

lol wut
Do what you know best and try to win. Usually when I play beginners, I just exchange pieces and play endgame. Usually works...
Good grief, is this guy 12 years old?
What are you grousing about, fishyBob...I brought your dumbass thread back to life. You owe me.
King =infinite, lose the king lose the game.
Queen= 9
Rook= 5
Bishop= 3.5 (Bishops control more space then knights and the advantage of the two bishops is more then 2 knights.
Knight = 3
Pawn= 1
Of course those are only general values. For example a knight is worth more then a queen if it checkmates.
