Three strike and you are out!?

How does chess.com deal with people who accept challenges and the play less than 10 moves and then time out for whatever reason. Maybe there should be a three strike policy if you challenge three people to games then lose on time in less than 10 moves then chess..Com sends you another email not that you are about to lose on time but also that your account might get discontinued if you default on any more games? Also maybe this is a reward for active play, but I don't appreciate my grading increasing when I win on time in more than a 24 hour time control because the other player has just forgot he is playing me! I must admit I have in the past been guilty of doing exactly what I have suggested being punished for but I would have accepted the punishment. I stopped accepting and issuing challenges been it had happened a few times!

People who time out in more than 10% of their correspondence chess games are restricted from playing in tournaments.

I wish they did that in live chess.
