Time Dif 1/1 n v 2/1 & 3/2

Would someone please explain the dif in time games for Bullet and blitz. What changes when the option for 1/1 or 2/1 is picked as well as 15/10 or 3/2 for Rapid and Blitz. Again I’m sure I’m being a dummy but the games are too fast for me to watch what is going on with the clock dif. In advance I appreciate all the help.

Well, 3/2 gives you half a minute after every 15 moves. You would have to play 30 moves in 1/1 and 2/1. I would say these two are for the Andrew Tangs who like to pre-move.
