Titled Friends (How to make titled players your friend?)

Guys, it's quit fun to have a titled player in your friend list. But, most of them don't tend to accept friend request from aliases... Here are some titled player names who do accepted my friend request! (Caution! This list consist of titled players who accepted my request so I think they may accept your one too, but I'm not 100% sure that they will... Maybe I got lucky?)
