Possibly. Although I also sort of do the reverse -- like sometimes I'll wonder, maybe that not-so-good-looking girl over there would really turn out to be the person of my dreams if I talked to her.

Well, I'm going into high school, so I don't know about bald guys with glasses, but I love guys that play chess. I love chess and I see a chess player as more intellectual, rather than unsocial. It's kind of hard to judge, though, because I'm not the most social person myself. There aren't many people who are chess players, so I see it as an important conversation starter and a great thing to have in common with someone.

looks dont matter. or better put, looks are no excuse. i know guys who are fat and dont shower for months that pull lots of hot girls. also, chess can be attractive when you really adhere to it and dont feel ashamed that you are a "chess nerd" (which might be what society thinks...). but of course you cant say that chess is a turn on or whatever lol. i mean its a nice extra but what counts is you as a person. when you are the shit, your looks etc. are irrelevant.
