Today’s Daily Puzzle has a GLITCH!

Please tell me I’m not crazy and today’s daily puzzle has a glitch! One of the last moves it wants you to do (which I had to find through “hints”) is to move white pawn diagonally from c5 to d6, without capturing. That is an illegal move! Is it common for daily puzzles to have glitches like this?
