Movies need to appear attractive to the general public in order to bring in enough people to pay for it at the box office. I think that's why actual games aren't included often.

I would strongly recommend the short film "Chess Fever" made in 1925, starring Chess world champion José Raúl Capablanca.
I would also recommend "Geri's Game"...
Both are very funny and very good...
