I just checked and mine says unlimited puzzles for a gold membership if I sign up also. They should correct it for you
Unlimited puzzles for gold membership or diamond membership?

I joined Chess.com recently as a gold member, which was advertised as featuring "unlimited puzzles." But after solving about 10 puzzles, I'm told that I need to "go diamond" to have "unlimited puzzles." Is this bait-and-switch or am I missing something? I have submitted this as a question, but Chess.com has not answered either this question or the other one that I posted two weeks ago. Do they not answer questions either?
It depends on when you upgraded. Plans and prices increased for new premium memberships on September 1st. If you purchase before then, you got the old prices and features.

The old Gold had limited daily puzzles

But I signed up for the gold just last week, when the advertisement for Gold clearly said "unlimited puzzles." Please see attached screenshot.

I'm still trying to figure this out. Even today Chess.com is STILL listing gold membership as including UNLIMITED PUZZLES. Every time I solve puzzles, eventually there is a pop-up telling me to sign up for UNLIMITED PUZZLES with PLATINUM. When I click on that link, I am shown a page that tells me that GOLD MEMBERSHIP gives you UNLIMITED PUZZLES. But I HAVE Gold membership -- so why am I told I need platinum membership? I've told Chess.com about this (apparently) erroneous pricing info, but they have yet to change their advertisement at the following link. I can't be the only one who's signing up under false pretenses, so to speak. If I need Platinum for UNLIMITED PUZZLES, Chess.com should state that consistently. They should not have one page that tells you you need Platinum and the next page that tells you you only need Gold for unlimited puzzles.

Members that had memberships prior to September 1st kept the pricing and plans features they had before that date.
Purchases from that date onward get the new features and pricing.
If you have questions about it you can contact support directly:

It's such a shame. It makes gold membership totally useless. I paid for a year of gold membership totally for nothing

No features that were available when you signed up have changed. You kept the same features and pricing. The new Gold plan has a higher price and different features.

If they are advertising unlimited puzzles on Gold, they need to deliver. Period. They have a legal responsibility to do so.

It's stated on the membership page that the new pricing and features are in effect for new subscriptions after September 1st and old subscriptions keep their previous features and pricing.
And the link takes you to this:
I was confused and disappointed by this too. At least this solves the confused part.
that's called scamming id say not fully tho there is something where you can read that it has been changed.. I don't even wanna be in your position buying that and that happens.. I also submitted and they answered VERY late

Its now mid Feb, has yours corrected yet? I have gold and I did puzzles for about 3 hours straight last night

How do i speak to staff
If you want to pay for the unlimited tactics and lose unlimited Game Review, you can open a ticket with support.
As explained above, premium memberships purchased before September 1st, 2022 kept their original features and pricing. Only the new plans, with the higher pricing, has the new features.
You can contact support and they may be able to change your plan to the new gold:
