Hi, I live in San Jose, California. I'm looking for some good OTB USCF Rated tournaments in the 1200-1800 USCF range. Cannot go to the Mechanics Chess Club in San Francisco because it's too far. Prefer if it's somewhere in the Silicon Valley or somewhere like Pleasanton, San Ramon, Dublin.

BAC (Bay Area Chess)Tournaments often take a whole day, whereas my availability is only for half a day at most.

It is unlikely to find tournaments which only go on for half a day, but BAC Cash Day takes around half a day if that works for you.
