⚠ ATTENTION! :

This test won't show any results under 1000 rating mark (which means if you do every single puzzle wrong, it still will show rating 1000 , so you have to be at LEAST 1000Elo strength to do this test).

🔻 INSTRUCTIONS! :

Study each diagram for no more than five minutes, then input your move.

Concentrate on the position, evaluate it and type the move you would play on the chessboard in a real game.

Warning: type in starting and ending squares with lowercase letters.

As someone who got 1440 and is 1000 I see this as a absolutely win

medelpad

this i just cope, a test wont show you your elo, playing hundreds of games will show you your elo

Cool. Very tricky positions.

The only way to get a good estimate of ur playing level is to play about 30-50 classical otb tournament games spread out over 5-10 tournaments over about 6 to 12 months. Real live otb tournament games where everyone playing has invested money in travel, hotels, entrance fees, & are playing for prize money. In other words, where they're taking the results more serious than for fun games. Not online goofing off.

I like this test. Because I thought my elo was 1100. But this test said it was actually 1650. And in a video I heard the average elo was 1200.

Its 1000-idk

The_Math_Kid

This is wrong. I am a kid, and i got a rating of 1725

The_Math_Kid

That is too high

BorjaoXadrez

I got 2035, which feels somewhat accurate, as I can (with some good effort) beat Chess.com's bot Li (2000), but at best get a draw against Noam (2200). But I agree, that's a quite old test, and a remake would be great!

Saintliy

The bot's rating is much lower
