I have lost a lot of games because of "funny business", server disconections, sandbaggers (I would bet any amount of money I have come across at least 2: how can you play more than 3000 games, lose only 11% and be rated below 900?), people who play incredibly well for somebody rated 750/800: accounts used by 2 or more people perhaps? Chess.com is "frying" my liver. I want my money back, I'll close my account and I'll never come back

I was playing with my best friend at home. It was a pretty balanced game. Suddenly we were both disconnetted from the server. We have 3 different connections, it is impossible that none works. My friend gave up, exited the app, but he made the last move. Some 20 minutes later I get informed that I lost on time!!!
This is something I can't tolerate, your diamond memership costs a fortune, and I can't even win when my best friend gives up. THAT GAME OUGHT TO BE DELETED!
