You click their username (which is in blue) which should take you to their profile page. Under their description (I see you have a long one), there are 3 mini tabs; one with a sticky note, one with a board, and one with a trophy cup. The sticky note represents the messages other people posted on your profile. It should be the one open when you click their profile. The board represents their recent games. The trophy represents the trophies they have received

Chicken_monster, each user also has privacy options to select what can be viewed publicly so if you can't find the profile for a user, then they have restricted viewing.
You should still be able to see a profile of any user, regardless of their privacy settings. Some of their features may be locked down but the name, stats, archives, etc should be accessible by anyone.
When I do that, it takes me to my profile.
