In my opinion, It depends when you play the bird's opening or the dutch defense, he gets stronger because he gets angry at you, Also His rating is either 1500-1700, but atleast 2000 when you make him mad.
Ok ya'll are super wrong Im 900 elo and I beat him relatively easy.

You didn't play a language opening. The sicilian is a safe opening

The language one is around 2200
