What accuracy do NM, IM, GM and Super GMs regularly get?

I've had a few games over 90% accuracy, and recently just had a 99% accuracy game which I am super proud of but was only rated at 1950 elo. How is that? Did I make good moves but not 'Magnus good' moves? Like how was a 99% accuracy game only 1950 elo..

For two reasons, your accuracy can't be compared to that of titled players. Firstly high accuracy against a strong player is much harder than against a weak player, but also the accuracy rating is algorithmically scaled depending upon your rating.

Okay that does make sense. Also I noticed that 'good' moves are still counted as accurate, though still not the best move. So having all good moves can still produce an accurate game but the elo of that game would be much lower than all great or best moves.
