Those represent the number of seconds it took you to make your move. The bars do the same.
what are the numbers on the right side of the moves?

My god, I used to think the longer the bar was, the better a move you made.
Theoretically, that should be the case: taking longer to make a move should lead to better moves. But, in reality, that tends not to be the case.

if bar big move good.
No. I've sat in an OTB game for 20 minutes+ sometimes and the opponent comes up with a total clunk.

and even I was thinking the same. Lol

The bar represents a good move, but the number on the right side after every move tells you about the time you took to make that move.

There is some confusion here. Does the bars length indicate quality of a move or does it mean the time it took to move ?

Thanks all for clearing this up.
On each turn line there are the piece and location, but on the right there is a number that is clearly associated with the move. What are those numbers, how are they calculated, and is there a description of what the values mean?
Thank you,
