Just had a bizarre experience.
Someone guy saying if he lost he would wear a girls dress, and then stand naked in front of schools.
Then telling me he's a skilled player, well you can judge from the games..

@Scott: I had played somebody at Chesscube the other day who kept demanding that I accept his/her draw offer, "If you don't know that opposite-coloured bishops is a draw then you don't know anything about chess". I won, but it could have been a draw. People do think too highly of themselves in a chess game
well i am somewhat a novice there and i can't get away with my favorite lines because those guys never stick to the main lines.O Kelly Sicilian, Lenigrad Zukertort gambit and much much more.
well, If I was your opponent in an OTB tourney and knew your favorite lines I would have to study them and find flaws or take you away from them, for example I usually defend e4 with e5 but against Doggy Style I play e6 to avoid the King's Gambit

Many people have the wrong idea here.
Chess cube gives out free cubits every day( atleast 25 a day so you can play 2 rated games a day by just logging in)
unrated games don't cost cubits and there are tournaments with free entry where you can win cubits.
It is an OK website but it doesn't have as many features an this one(like analysing engines and stuff).
But I am a fan of IM andrew martins Volume "how good is your chess" theat seems to be availabe exclusively there(correct me if i'm wrong).
1500 cubits per video .
P.S I am not a paying member.
Their forum is not as active though.
PS.We can earn money there by playing good chess.
I don't know why but after playing there I don't seem to like the fact that I only loose or gain ratings in large numbers(85-100).
Just because people start 300 points higher in chess cube doesn't mean the rating is inflated.Though there is a rating floor which means you can't loose more than 200 points below your your highest. This was supposed to prevent sandbagging.
I get 20 a day...
I think.
I like the high ratings at Chesscube, it's pretty funny winning a 2000 rated-player even though it's like winning a 1600 rated-player here
I like betting on games, but I wouldn't if I actually paid for the cubits.
It's a fun place to play!
