What does chess players need? Logic or skills

A chess player can use skills before he learnt or a chess player don't have much skills and he can use his logic and he can win. But which one is better?

Hmm. I think you meant to ask if it is better to use learned practical chess skills or forgetting everything you know, to rely entirely on logic, which admittedly is another type of learned skill.
You can't rely entirely on logic. Someone who knows nothing about chess won't be able to rely on intuition to figure out how the pieces moves or the point of the game. You have to at least grant them a starting knowledge of the game.
