Okay so I think that:
RtgF = FIDE rating
RtgN = National rating (ie. ACF rating for those in Australia)
Rtg = ???
I don't think it means "rating difference", since the tournament hasn't started yet.

RtgF=FIDE rating
RtgN=national rating
im not sure about rtg, maybe it means rating used for the tournament? i think that sometimes if they dont have a fide rating they will use their acf rating
Could the 'Rtg' be rating performance for the tournament?
In australia, usually it is displayed as PRtg
Nah I don't want to embarrass myself in front of the tournament director. I'd rather just ask anonymous people off the internet.

I think this is it. So for a tournament that is both FIDE and ACF rated, I think they go by FIDE ratings, hence why rtg and rtgF are usually the same.
I've noticed that when they publish a list of players entering a FIDE rated tournament in Australia, it lists the following things:
- ID
- Name
- Fed
- Title
- Rtg
- RtgF
- RtgN
I've also noticed that for most people, their Rtg and their RtgF are the same, with only a few exceptions. But most people have a different number for their RtgN.
What does all of this mean?
