What does the term "concrete" mean?

Commentators who were covering the recent World Championship used the term "concrete" a lot.  It seemed like they were using it to mean "tactical".  Are these equivalent, or roughly equivalent terms, or am I completely off-base here?

Can you give an example or some context?

Concrete is basically another word for forcing, or a position that’s requiring specific calculation rather than plans and ideas. Nothing whatsoever to do with solidity - in fact, most ‘concrete’ positions are some of the least solid.

Yes, I think you nailed it!  I'll have to go back and look at some of the videos, but that sounds exactly right!  Thank you.

So basically thinking can be divided into abstract and concrete thought or intuitive or deductive. I can imagine or feel the possibilty of a smothered mate(abstract) or I can calculate the exact sequence(concrete) of that particular mate.  Hope that example helps.
